Challenge
The challenge was simplifying a complex topic within Digital Asset Management: ethics, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) — for an audience without prior DAM knowledge.

Process
I developed a multiplayer card game as a strategic way to translate abstract ethical concepts into an interactive format. The game structure is built around four colour-coded pillars, helping players quickly categorize scenarios and connect them to broader EDI themes. I focused on clear information hierarchy, intuitive gameplay, and bold visual contrasts to keep the experience engaging while encouraging discussion, critical thinking, and collaborative problem-solving.

Outcome
The final concept transforms a complex ethical framework into an accessible and engaging learning tool, making EDI principles within DAM easier to understand and discuss.
